warm and welcoming third generation of the founder’s family
have preserved the original wooden panelling, the 16 romantic
rooms and the traditional recipes that won over Truman Capote,
Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, General Montgomery, Marshal
Graziani, Palmiro Togliatti and the Duke of Aosta. It remains open
from the beginning of June to mid-September.
