Adored by writers, artists and politicians, and a monument to
authentic pizza, it started life in the early nineteenth century as
“Le stanze di piazza Carità”. Guests have included the philosopherminister
Francesco De Santis, the President of the Republic Alcide
De Gasperi, and the writer Giuseppe Marotta. Two floors in the
ancient palazzetto on the Piazza Carità, giving on to the central
Via Toledo. Third generation. The founder in 1984 of the True
Neapolitan Pizza Association (AVPN) for the promotion and
protection of the most authentic and delicious Neapolitan tradition
in the world.
